· TwoTwo & Twirl, Solo & Pre Primary Classes are 45 minutes in duration. Primary & Jazz/Tap classes are 60 minutes in duration
· Terms 1, 2 & 3 are 10 weeks in duration. Term 4 has a shorter term but also has extra rehearsals so fees will not change.
· Casual classes are available for $15 per 45 minute class, $20 per 60 minute class and are only available if there is enough room in a class or if children are trying a Bebe Ballet class for the first time.
· Fees will be adjusted for all new students starting in the middle of a term. No discount will be applied.
· Fees are non-refundable. Amendments will be made in the case of prolonged illness or other exceptional circumstances.
· Notice of cessation of classes must be in writing or by telephone. If this should occur prior to the end of term, fees are non-refundable.
· Invoices are not issued unless fees have not been paid within first few weeks of term.
· Receipts will be issued the week following payment.
· If finalisation of the fees does not occur by the end of the term there will be a late payment charge of $11.
· If fees are outstanding students may not be allowed to return the following term.
· Cash, cheques, money orders, eftpos, visa, mastercard and bank deposits are accepted. Please make cheques and money orders payable to “Bebe Ballet”.
· All cheques that are returned/bounced due to insufficient funds will incur a $33 fee and the total must be repaid in cash or bank deposit within seven days.
· Classes cancelled due to insufficient enrolment will be refunded.
· Bebe Ballet reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and price structure at any point in time. A minimum of two weeks notice will be given for any changes.
How much to pay:
Total the time each child in your family will be attending classes per week, and refer to the schedule above to determine your family’s fees for the term.
Examples:
· 2 children in TwoTwo & Twirl class: $195 per term ($175 if payment received in full by the commencement of term)
· 1 child in Primary class, 1 child in Soloist: $200 per term ($180 if payment received in full by the commencement of term)
